Refund & Returns

Gear & Merchandise

We accept returns for regular-priced gear and merchandise within 15 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging, accompanied by the original receipt.

We cannot accept returns for gear and merchandise that has been used, damaged, or is missing original packaging. Returns must be shipped back to us at the customer’s expense. Spectra Coffee is not responsible for uninsured shipments that may get lost in transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you via email about the status of your return. If approved, refunds will be issued via the original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for credit card refunds to process.

Coffee and Gift Cards

We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds/exchanges for coffee and gift cards. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us at [email protected] so we can assist you.

Subscription Orders

Once a subscription order has been confirmed, it cannot be refunded or canceled. However, changes to your subscription can be made before your next order confirmation. For any adjustments or inquiries, contact us at [email protected].
