What is the suggested shelf life after a bag of coffee has been opened?
Answer:
For the best flavor and quality, we recommend consuming your coffee within 30 days of the roast date. To preserve freshness, ensure the bag’s zipper is tightly resealed after each use. While coffee past 30 days is still safe to drink, it may lose some of its boldness and vibrant flavor notes.
How should I store my coffee?
Answer:
Store your coffee in a cool, dry place like a cupboard, away from heat, light, and moisture. For maximum freshness, ensure the bag’s zipper is securely resealed between uses. Avoid refrigeration or freezing, as this can affect the coffee’s flavor and aroma.
Why is my favorite coffee unavailable, and when will it return?

Some of our coffees are seasonal or limited-edition, which means they may not always be available year-round. If your favorite coffee is out of stock, it’s likely due to the natural growing and harvesting cycles of the beans. What is your production and roasting schedule?

At Spectra Coffee, we roast on demand to guarantee your coffee is as fresh as possible. Once roasted, we package and ship daily to ensure it reaches you at peak quality.

Can I Pause My Subscription?

Is There a Minimum Subscription Commitment?
Answer:
With Spectra Coffee, you have complete flexibility. Start with just one bag—there are no long-term commitments. You can adjust your subscription preferences or cancel anytime, ensuring your coffee plan always works for you.
When Is My Coffee Shipped?
Answer:
We confirm your order on the Monday of your scheduled week and ship it out that Wednesday, ensuring you receive the freshest roasted coffee at your doorstep.
For subscription orders, your coffee will also arrive on the Wednesday of your order week.
